According to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona allows Juventus to negotiate with their midfielder Arthur Melo over a signing in the upcoming transfer market.
Juventus is going ‘all-in’ for the Brazilian, and Barça are ready to listen to offers. In other words, the sale of the player is completely on the table.
Arthur has multiple times stated that he does not want to leave the club, so Juventus would need to come with either a solid contract, or a sporting project to convince the midfielder.
Earlier, the Brazilian had thanked Inter Milan for their interest, and explained that his time at Barça is not over yet.
Barcelona demands players in exchange for Arthur, with Pjanic as Juventus’ proposal – even though Blaugrana is more interested in players like Bentancur, Bernardeschi, Demiral, and De Sciglio, according to Rac1.
We will have to wait to see if Barcelona will listen to their promising player Arthur Melo, or prioritize revenues and other players in the summer transfer market – with the latter one highly opposing the hopes of Barça fans.
