OL Reign has announced the signing of Japanese international forward Yuka Momiki from Nippon TV Beleza.

The 24-year-old represented her country at the 2019 World Cup, as well as the 2019 and 2020 SheBelieves Cup.

“Yuka is a young, dynamic player with tremendous potential that we believe will play an important role in our club this season and far into the future,” said OL Reign CEO Bill Predmore.

“We thank NTV Beleza for their willingness to allow Yuka to join our club at this time and look forward to seeing Yuka in Tacoma this weekend.”

Pep Guardiola’s side will have plenty of competition for the 20-year-old

Manchester City have joined the race for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz, according to The Sun.

Pep Guardiola has sent scouts to watch the 20-year-old in action, with Haverz believed to be open to a move away from Germany.

Manchester UnitedChelsea and Liverpool have also been scouting the midfielder.
